    The Mexican designer has created a typeface from the alphabet he designed for 36 Days of Type and he’s sharing it for free 36 Days of Type–the challenge that invites graphic creators from around the world to design an alphabet, making one letter a day for over a month and publishing it on their Instagram profiles–is an incredible opportunity to get inspired and see how others approach the same brief in a completely different way, adapting it to their own styles and skills. It’s also the perfect breeding ground for projects like this typeface by Manolo Guerrero (@bluetypo), the Mexican graphic designer who heads Blue Typo who has shared it completely free for anyone who wants to use it. It’s a completely experimental typeface with which Guerrero wanted to play with perspective, creating a design reminiscent of Escher’s most interesting work.

    Designer and maker Agustín "Flowalistik" Arroyo shares his models for 3D printing inspired by the Star Wars saga Designer Agustín Arroyo (@flowalistik),one of the millions of fans of the Star Wars saga, whose numbers seem to grow with every premiere, wants to share his 3D printing models inspired by Episode VII - The Force Awakens. Although he designed and shaped them some years ago as a treat for his friends–faithful followers of the saga like him–these models are timeless, just like the movies. This is a series of space toys for 3D printing, a fan art interpretation based on the characters of one of his favorite films in the series, that anyone can download and print to use as a decorative element. The files of these 3D figures inspired by the Star Wars saga can be downloaded for free and are ready to be printed, that is, they do not require any kind of support or postprocessing material. Thingiverse Considered to be the largest community of 3D printers in the world, Thingiverse is a free website where users share all kinds of digital material and anyone can generate new material on it and then print it in 3D. The site has a repository of more than 1.4 million 3D models created by its community and the designs are regulated by Creative Commons licenses. In addition, all objects have a description and instructions on how to print them.
