A course by Linus Lohoff , Art Director and Photographer
About the video: Website and Social Media
Overview
“In this lesson, I just want to give you a push to think about your website and social media platforms. Think about which platform might suits your brand the best. You don´t need to be everywhere. It is better to communicate well on a channel and have quality engagement with your audience than just to spread your message randomly on every social media platform. ”
In this video lesson Linus Lohoff addresses the topic: Website and Social Media, which is part of the Domestika online course: Art Direction for Creative Visual Branding. Design a brand’s visual identity and build a professional brand book using key art direction techniques.
Partial transcription of the video
“Website & Social Media Website and social media are really important tools for your brand project. Every time I talk about that with the client, they always want to be visible in all social media platforms. I think it's more important to have the right content on the right social media platforms. A brand is like a person, so imagine your brand having a social media account, let's say Instagram. What it's this person posting? It's better to think that way and to post better content and special content in one platform than just copy and paste everything. I would not recommend that at all....”
