“In this lesson we will see together how I usually structure the creation of a base character using Unity objects and sprites, giving rise to a prefab (template) that you can use to build your own. After this, we will focus on the movement of the main character and how we will control it on the screen (we will review how to create a basic movement script using the keyboard). But, also, as this project is designed to be played on a mobile phone, I will show you the “Unity Asset Store” (a store that Unity has with thousands of free and paid resources) and I will guide you through it so that you learn how to use it to be able to take advantage of code from other creators and be able to use it in your games. In addition, we will take the opportunity to install a free asset that will allow us to add a touch joystick to the screen and that we will use to move our character. ”
