Incredible project. I would like to know if it is possible to take the complete course on a laptop with Windows 10 and a 32-bit processor?

Teacher Plus@anfelip_03 the problem is that with 32 bits you will only be able to install version 5 of Unity, which is somewhat old, and it will not have all the utilities that we teach in the course. Better if you install a 64-bit windows

@anfelip_03 You can check your computer, almost all modern processors are 64-bit, I had to go to a 64-bit windows to install Unity, backup, formatting and everything else was somewhat tedious but it is necessary. I suppose you can also create a partition on your hard drive with 64-bit linux but I don't know if that's a good idea.

@anfelip_03 the best option you have to install 64-bit windows, if you do not want to change the operating system, but if you are to take risks and venture, a Linux distribution is a good option and most are bits. it would optimize the performance of your computer. Only that the learning curve is somewhat difficult at the beginning, however once you get used to it, it is not as difficult as it seems. I do the course with a Linux distribution completely, without problems.

@juavazmor a concern, I am starting the course and the version of unity that is in the videos to the current one is a great distance, does this affect the learning experience or is the same dynamic that you teach with the new versions maintained?

Teacher Plus@avpozzobon1 Unity recently released the LTS version of its Editor. This means "Long-Term Support" and it comes to be something like the most stable version with which you can work today with Unity so that you do not have many problems for future changes and that.
You can download one of those versions from here and you can choose between 2018 and 2019.
The difference is not so much with respect to the videos of the course. Some menus have evolved but in essence the graphical interface is affected more than its use itself. You can also choose to install the exact version of the course and then update, so you will notice the changes once you get used to using Unity :)

Hello Juan Diego, How are you? Excuse me for asking this way, I really don't know which channel is the right one to ask about your Introduction to Unity for 2D video games course, what happens is that I'm doing your course and I get to the topic : Delving into basic concepts I and II, and the truth is that I honestly did not understand anything, I must say that I have no previous knowledge of this subject, I want to know if later in your course I will understand it better or you have to have previous knowledge, or take another course to master the subject of scripts? Thank you very much for your answer.

Teacher Plus@rodrigo_vc having a basic prior knowledge of programming always comes in handy, I try to do a very basic introduction during that course (limited by the course itself, it was already too long and I couldn't extend much more) but I understand that it is somewhat complicated to digest depending on the person ...
You can look for a programming course on C # (on YouTube there are several and all free) that may help you with that first bump and then continue with this, but many students went through the same thing and are still there learning and improving every day.
Do not get frustrated, we have all been there at the time and we have all overcome it, you just have to give yourself time and review a lot everything related to programming, in addition to practicing it a lot a lot

Hello, I would like to ask about your course, I see that it costs $ 209, but I have a question, there are 8 courses, so only the first one costs $ 209 or all the courses together cost $ 209?

YOUR story inspires me engineer !!! I'm on vacation right now and I'm really building my dream of making a game. Since I was a child, I made a story and drew the levels. All of this motivated me to become a computer engineer. However, now with this course, thanks to you and God, I am really building that dream !!! you inspire one !!! In fact, this was the first course I bought at Doméstika. Now I have 17 !!!
