Alessandra Farabegoli is a digital strategist specializing in email marketing who lives in Ravenna, Italy. After graduating with a degree in biology, she ventured into the world of programming and analysis, starting her career in the data processing center of a large company before moving on to a software house. Towards the end of the '90s, she opened her first web studio with her husband and began designing websites; in 2001, she founded an online agency with several other partners, eventually making the leap to freelance consultant and instructor in 2010.
During that time, she discovered Mailchimp and instantly fell in love, to the point that she wrote an ebook on it in 2013, which was followed by others in both digital and print format. This work made her the Italian exponent of Mailchimp, earning her a spot in the Mailchimp Experts directory and later the opportunity to become a Pro Partner. In 2018, she founded Palabra, an agency devoted to email marketing and automation for major corporations, as well as SMEs.
