Alessandra Farabegoli is a digital strategist specializing in email marketing who lives in Ravenna, Italy. During that time, she discovered Mailchimp and instantly fell in love, to the point that she wrote an ebook on it in 2013, which was followed by others in both digital and print format. This work made her the Italian exponent of Mailchimp, earning her a spot in the Mailchimp Experts directory and later the opportunity to become a Pro Partner. In 2018, she founded Palabra, an agency devoted to email marketing and automation for major corporations, as well as SMEs.
