About the video: First Pass: Lina Comes to Life 1
Overview
“I present to you Lina! I'll show you the process I use to generate a first animation pass. The purpose is to sketch the performance and movement, with clear and well-structured yet simple poses with special emphasis on creating pleasing timing. I will start by animating Lina because she is the character that guides the actions for most of the shot. The goal here is to get a very basic version of the poses and timing.”
In this video lesson Ulises Cervantes addresses the topic: First Pass: Lina Comes to Life 1, which is part of the Domestika online course: Animating 3D Cartoon Characters in Blender. Learn to bring cartoon-style characters to life through their poses, gestures, and actions using fun and effective tools .
