“Building Your Mosaic Ok, so my fish is going well, but what I want to do now is to move on to the ripples because really I need to get the ripples in before I can do any more in this area. I'm just gonna get rid of the debris. And I'm also going to put a board on the part of the mosaic that's wet. This will just help it dry nice and flat so that when I come back to carry on with the fish, it'll be nice and flat and easier to work. After studying at the three top art schools in London (Camberwell, St Martins, and Hornsey), he went on to create large scale painted murals. After being asked by a client to create a mosaic in 1990, it unknowingly changed the course of his career.
Since then, he has completed many large scale mosaic commissions around the world. His work has received recognition from organizations like The National Terrazzo & Mosaic Association of America, The Society of American Mosaic Artists, The Prix Picassiette in Chartres, France, and The Worshipful Company of Tylers and Bricklayers in the UK.
