“Making the Pasta Amido Glue So in this lesson we're going to make the perfect glue for our paper base reverse technique. And it's a very simple pasta amido. And we're going to start off with just some flour. I don't particularly like measuring, just because all flours are slightly different and the humidity where you're working might be different, so much better to go by eye, cook style. So I've got some flour in my pan. I'm gonna put in a good whiz of salt. Salt's just to delay the fermenting process, 'cause once you make this glue, it will eventually go off.
