“About me Hello, welcome to my course. My name is Martin Lorenz I'm a communication designer and co-founder of TwoPoints.Net. I didn't know from the start that I would one day become a designer. I grew up in a family of teachers and only knew teachers. My father was a professor of philosophy and sociology, my mother an elementary school teacher. Martin Lorenz is a graphic and communication designer from Hannover, Germany. In his book Flexible Visual Systems, he concentrates his 10 years of research at the University of Barcelona, his 20 years working in the development of visual systems, and his 18 years teaching in more than a dozen design schools across Europe.
He is cofounder of the design studio TwoPoints.Net, which has collaborated with clients such as Nike, ESPN, UNIQLO, Bershka, Harvard, and MIT Media Lab from its offices in Hamburg and Barcelona. He is also coauthor of several publications by Viction:ary, Gestalten, and Actar. He teaches at Elisava, Barcelona and at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in The Hague, as well as at conferences and workshops.
