To build a reputation or to build a personal brand, you must first become a person of character. Character is built through your failures, struggles, and the ups and downs of your journey. Becoming a person of character is a decision that you must wake up and make every single day to say:

  • I'm going to live my life based on a certain set of values.
  • I'm going to live my life based upon a certain set of beliefs.
  • There are some things that I am not willing to compromise.
  • There are just some things that I will not do, and there are some things that I will always do.
  • Some things that I will always believe in.
You must establish that foundation first, and look at what your character is made of. Because before you can be known for something, you must be built for something. Make sure to join the community.
