1. Post often

If you want your Instagram account to grow, post often ... but don't you ever think that everything depends only on the number of posts. Quality should always be your goal: you should try to make your publications frequent and always interesting.

2. Consistency is key

If you don't train throughout the year, you won't have abs to show in the summer. This is how Lung sums up this principle: if you don't spend time building your community little by little, don't expect to reach thousands of followers.

3. Make meaningful conversations

Connect with your audience on a personal level. Look for human-to-human connections, which will last longer and be more resilient.

1. Stop complaining about the algorithm

There is nothing wrong with it. After years of trial and error, we have to accept that platforms like Instagram know perfectly what they need to show to each of their users to keep them scrolling.

2. Don't post to post

Every post has to have one goal: to grow your Instagram, improve your brand, sell... don't post just to post.

3. Stop being so sleazy and salesly

If your Instagram feed is reduced to offers or attempts at selling things, without any quality content, people will surely end up getting tired.
