Over the course of her career, she's worked in creative consultancies and agencies and has spearheaded projects and teams for clients such as the United States Government, IKEA, and BBVA. She is the founder of The Streetegist, an innovation lab that researches and designs unique strategies and experiences, and currently works as a service design lead at Designit.
She regularly collaborates with local and international brands on projects revolving around business transformation, strategic design for digital products and services, sustainability, social innovation, and post-digital brand building. When she's not consulting, Leticia shares her knowledge by training and teaching others at different universities and schools, including EAE Business School and EDIX.
