About the final project for: Brand Innovation: Develop Creative Strategies

Brand Innovation: Develop Creative Strategies

“We have reached the end of the course! I thank you for being a part of it. Now you can finish your final project: the creation of a service with purpose based on an analysis of the user experience and the construction of the identity of the brand that offers this service. To guide you, I will summarize the steps to follow to carry out your project. First of all, you must scan the horizon , anticipating possible futures and needs that may appear in these alternate worlds. To anticipate these futures, you can use models such as the futures cone and the double diamond. From there, focus on a particular problem. This will belong to its own sector. In my case, I worked with the world of the agri-food industry. Starting from this problem, analyze where the trends are going and create a futures wheel. This will allow you to identify several possible worlds and select the world you want to target in order to solve your original problem.

Based on this, you will be able to implement the Backcasting tool. Make sure you have well identified signals and trends before applying these techniques.
Next, explore more deeply the problem you want to solve . You will do this through the challenge map that will give you the questions you must answer. You will also have to design and implement your research plan. With the interviews you have conducted, connect the dots through the extraction of insights and keys. From there, you will define some job opportunities. Then, generates possible solutions using techniques such as "what if". With the effort and impact matrix and the value proposition template, define what your proposal is going to be and, from there, the service you could offer.
Build your user experience map. Remember that for this stage it is important to involve as many different profiles as possible to provide you with their feedback.
Here, you should already have defined what service you are going to offer to respond to your initial problem. What you lack is to create the identity of the brand that is going to offer this same service and define a communication strategy. And that's it! Now you know how to design a strategic experience and your brand identity. Don't forget to share your project in the forum. With screenshots or images, you present the stages of your project that you want to highlight or that you find most interesting to share. I would also like you to explain your process, your doubts, and the problems you encountered while carrying out your project. This will be very useful not only for you, as a reminder of your process, but for others as well. This is how we can all progress together! It will also allow me to better guide you if you still have questions. I'll stop by when I can to comment and answer your questions. In the meantime, check out what others are doing and leave comments. Collaboration is the best way to progress! Bye now!”
