“Dessert For the final dish, we'll style a chocolate cake that has a layer of ganache on top. We also added some chocolate chunks on top to give it extra height and texture. For this dish, because the chocolate is a darker color, I loved using a complementary darker color plate. I think the gray goes well with the color of the chocolate cake. For this one, we'll start with a layer of cream on the bottom, which'll add a little contrast of color. Then we'll top it with some rose petals and some sea salt.
