Specially within food, which has so many dimensions to it, I draw from inspiration from everything, from painters to photographers, to landscapes... I'm not only inspired by other chefs. I'm often inspired by people who create, by artists, but also places and things. The first person I'll talk about is Georgia O'Keeffe. I'm sure you're familiar with her work, but if you're not, she is known for doing beautiful, feminine floral paintings. I'm inspired by the colors and shape...”
