“Main dish We're going to style our main dish, which will be a roasted chicken entrée with some vegetables, polenta, grains, and finish with different herbs and parsley oil on top. Consider that there will be layers in this dish, which will give it height. There will be layers of grains at the bottom, vegetables and chicken. As the dish has a height, I chose a deeper bowl, which is a less traditional choice for an entrée versus a flat plate.
