Grow your Creative Business Online
“I want to thank you for being here and for taking the time to follow the special path that I have prepared for this course. To make it easier for you to organize your project, I have prepared this list of essential steps: 1. Choose a business idea that you would like to launch (if you have no ideas, start with something you are passionate about or that you do very well). Map your business idea using the Lean Business Model Canvas to write all your hypotheses in the various post it notes. 2. Learn more about your target audience by generating several Early Adopter hypotheses: that is, the customer segments you think would accept using your product/service with the least possible resistance. Organize these hypotheses into the Early Adopter matrix to discover what your best opportunity is. Once you've selected your best Early Adopter case, increase the level of detail by filling out the Buyer Persona template for this segment, as if you were describing a single persona representing the entire category. 3. Now that you know who the customer is, analyze the competition by searching the Internet for alternatives to your product or service and collecting useful information for your marketing strategy. With the competition analysis you will be able to define a value proposition that is unique and differentiating, as well as relevant for your target audience: help yourself with the Value Proposition Canvas! 4. Now that you have defined your target audience and value proposition, you can test them in the market by organizing a round of customer discovery interviews. Create your script and interview at least 15 people if you plan to conduct them in person, or get at least 100 survey responses if you plan to conduct them online. Analyze the results: if the answer is positive, continue with this hypothesis; if not, use everything you've learned to change Early Adopters and UVPs and start the round again! 5. Now that you have validated your customers' interest, you can move on to creating a landing page to collect leads, making sure to monitor user behavior when they visit it. Once you've created your landing page, you can move on to creating Facebook campaigns to attract the right people and convert visitors into leads and leads into customers. To optimize it and grow your user base by improving metrics, make a list of experiments and prioritize them using the ICE matrix It has been an honor to accompany you on this learning journey. I want to thank you very much for deciding to participate in this course. I want to remind you that the forum is still available for any questions that may arise.
