About the final project for: Introduction to Digital Product Management

Introduction to Digital Product Management

“!! Congratulations!! You have reached the final part of the course. Now you have to put into practice everything you have seen throughout the course. Product Management is learned by practicing, practicing and practicing; therefore do not hesitate to start as soon as possible. With practice and your passion for creating digital products that add value to people, we are sure that you will go a long way as a Product Manager. Now the time has come to put everything you have learned into practice by carrying out your course project. To do this, you must create an account in Miro, if you have not created it before, access the link: Final project template that we share with you in Unit 2. It is highly recommended that you do the course project with the Miro tool. We use it in our day to day as Product Managers and so you can practice with it. Start by choosing the digital product with which you want to make the project. It can be a brand new product or you can choose an existing one to help guide you in practice. The project will be divided into four parts, one for each Unit of the course (leaving Unit 1 out). In each of the four parts, you will have several tasks with the instructions to complete them, these tasks together will be your project. It is important that you follow the instructions that we leave you in the Miro template to do each exercise. You have seen all the exercises in the course lessons, so if you have any questions you can check the video of the corresponding Unit. When you complete all the exercises of the project in Miro, it is important that you download it in PDF. In the upper left part of Miro you have an arrow, if you click on it you will see the option: Download in PDF. Once you have downloaded the PDF, we suggest you record a short video of two or three minutes explaining your practice clearly and concisely. This way you can practice communication, one of the most important skills of a Product Manager. You can share screen and record yourself explaining each of the parts. If you can't record the video, don't worry, upload your project and we'll review it. Remember to put your name before uploading the document. Thank you very much for doing this course with us, it has been a real pleasure and we hope it has been helpful to you. We are still here to help you with any questions and we will respond as quickly as possible. We encourage you to share your learnings in the forum so that your colleagues can also learn from your comments.”
