“Fine Tuning the Surface Now that some time has passed, and the slip has started to dry, I'll apply a couple more layers and peel back the plastic to reveal the texture from the slip. As with every other part of this process, you can get playful with the application of the slip and use the different opacities to create subtle patterns over the torso area. Bring a little bit of that yellow onto the back. Add little pops of color here and there. While we wait for this other coat to dry. I'm going to peel back the plastic.
