“Forming the Neck and Upper Torso In the previous lesson, we used our templates to cut our shapes from our slabs, and in this lesson, we're going to create our bust and our neck forms. My slab is ready to go, but I realize that it's still a little bit moist, so I am going to use my heat gun to dry it up a little bit. What I'm looking for is the ability of the slab to hold its weight on edge, so when I stand it onto that edge, it won't collapse or flop onto itself. We're ready to go, and if for some reason you don't have a heat gun, a hairdryer will work just as well. Alright, we're going to ...”
