“Facial Expressions: Open Mouth In this lesson, I’ll show you how to give your character an expression with an open mouth. To do that, we’ll make the head, as we’ve done before. You’ll use the template for this figure. You’ll put the nose and ears in place, then you’ll engrave the shape of the mouth with a piece of cardboard. I’ll place this piece of cardboard on the paste under the nose. I’ll push it in with a tool, creating a cavity about 1 mm deep. To remove the cardboard from here, I’ll just push in the corner until it lifts and remove it carefully. We need to fill the inside of the mout...”
