“Modeling Fondant: Storage and Color In this lesson, we’ll take a deep dive into how to prepare the fondant, how to color it, and how to store it. Before we begin, I’ll show you how to make a cornstarch pouch to dust your work space or hands. For this we’ll need cornstarch and a fine mesh sock or stocking. Try to get this type of material, and to make it, you just put it in a mug or bowl, whatever you have at hand. We throw in some cornstarch. Two or three teaspoons are all you need.
