Simple and inspiring. Lots of interesting information about food colors, for example. I like that the presentation is well prepared and fast, no time is wasted. Short summary videos that you can quickly revisit later if you need to remember anything.
I honestly loved this course, from start to finish. I've watched tons of chocolate tempering videos and I've found Kia's lessons to be the most comprehensive. So many of my questions have been answered; for example, I always wondered if it would be okay to set some tempered chocolate aside or if I would have to measure precisely and use the whole batch at once. Now I feel way more at ease about being creative with chocolate, which is what made me want to be a chocolatier in the first place.

Incredibly Inspiring! I’m only half way through the course and loving it. Kia breaks every portion down clearly in a way that’s extremely easy to understand. The pace and the information is perfect. I would take all her classes on chocolate. This is a must investment into yourself.
Realmente me gustó mucho el curso de diseño en chocolate , es muy claro y tiene efectos muy diversos. Es muy original y si bien hace tiempo trabajo con el chocolate , pude ver distintas opciones para agregarle más creatividad al trabajo que hago. Estoy muy agradecida

Hola. Recién inicio el curso con grandes expectativas y muchas interrogantes que se irán aclarando en el camino. El Chocolate ha venido a ser una pasión, he descubierto en ella, como materia moldeable, un sin fin de características tan propias, como nunca antes lo había visto. Si a este elemento tan extraordinario y delicioso le puedo, de alguna manera, agregar diseño y belleza como lo hacen el BRIK Chocolate, estar aquí es un buen inicio.
I have just started the course, I usually go through all the episodes to see if this will help me in what I am looking for before I actually start doing anything and as expected from the presentation, it does, great content, great explanation, great for amateurs and professionals, I can't really say anything else but I wish Kia would create her own podcast about chocolate & design so I can listen to her when at work, great voice!

Amazing course. Content of a very hight standard. Presentation everything included in top. Very professionel set-up (kitchen, sound, light, etc). Clear and easily understood communication. Very inspirational. Very creative.
I have been playing with chocolate since couple of decades.. But topics covered in this course were different, one can learn different approach towards magical chocolate..it will be good if you host include some dark chocolate designs as well. I recommend this course..Thank you..
