I did enjoy the course but I would have liked to see the techniques for the spheres and other geometric shapes that were part of the visual advertising. The instructor was very clear in her explanations.

This course is interesting but limited in its scope. While the instructor is very knowledgable and engaging, none of what is advertised is included, such as spheres and geometric shapes. No real "recipes" are given, only the slab is taught and way too much time is spent on tempering. I really wanted to like this course but expected a bit more.

Es excelente el curso, técnicas novedosas, muy bien explicadas y fáciles de realizar. Lo super recomiendo!!

A sweet little course. From a production stand point this would be difficult to implement in a chocolate shop but might work for cake makers and the like
