The kitchen is my playground. I just love having fun in especially the sweet part of it. Exploring new techniques and learning to master them is the best. Just now chocolate is my favourite area and the possibilities there seem to be endless. Years ago I took part in one of the first seasons of the Great Danish Bakeoff and that experience gave me even more appetite. I hope Domestika will follow up with more technique classes within the sweet area.
