O curso é bom, porém achei que priorizou somente o que nos meios gastronômicos não é nem considerado chocolate - o chocolate branco - deveria abordar também o verdadeiro chocolate escuro!

Sei que a proposta é ensinar texturas mas não ficou claro as proporções.
