Texture Design with Chocolate

A sweet little course. From a production stand point this would be difficult to implement in a chocolate shop but might work for cake makers and the like

Excelente curso me gusto mucho lo que aprendi, el estilo terrazo sin duda es mi favorito y es super interesante la forma en que usa pigmentos naturales y a la vez estos ofrecen tanto color

El curso está interesante, aunque por distintas razones personales no he hecho mucha práctica . Tampoco hice el proyecto final pero espero lograrlo a corto plazo. Gracias.
