The explanation on using natural food coloring powders that add unique flavors, creating molds from basic household items, making a mold from scratch using silicone, and the numerous examples and explanations of textures that can be achieved with chocolate—it's like an entire world of creativity opening up, explained clearly and with a smile. I enjoyed this course so much and learned a lot; I can't wait to play with chocolate and create my own designs. Thank you!

Great course! Kia is so watchable! The directions are presented professionally and clearly, and Kia really allows us to see how much she loves doing what she does! There are so many wise tips to be implemented in our own creations of chocolate. I'm very thankful I was able to watch this course and look forward to implementing the information into my own chocolate creations.
