I loved this course and watched every video one after the other. I have some basic understanding of chocolate making, but this course took that to a new level and I can't wait to try some of the methods out. I would have liked a list of each video under each of the units as I'm not sure I watched them all - there seemed to be some missing things at times. But what I watched was amazing. Thanks very much for making this available.
