“Cutting Notches At this stage, we have our frame made and we've put the three Asanoha patterns inside it. Now we have to make the hashtag patterns and fit those into the panel as well. That's what we'll do now. First step in this lesson is cutting the notches for the hashtag patterns. The first step to making the notches for the hashtags is to take a blank board and layout pencil lines on it. There should be one and three-eighths of an inch in between each pencil line.
