Product Management 101: From Idea to Launch
“You have reached the end of this course! Thank you for making it all the way here. It has been an amazing experience for me to be able to share my knowledge with you. It is now time to work on your project. You can work on a real project you may have or pick a company in which you are interested and try to think about a new product for it. Remember that in order to apply the Working Backwards methodology you only have to: 1. Think about the desired output. 2. Work backward from that objective to what you have now. 3. Ask yourself: what is the value proposition for my customers? 4. Ask yourself: what is the value proposition for the company? 5. Think about what you need to do to make it possible. Do you even know? 6. Break it into smaller, more easily achievable items. When you are done, share your product and all the work you have done to launch it by clicking on “Create your project”. It would be great if you could explain the choices you've made along the way and tell me if you have any doubts. This will help me understand your process and guide you better if you need advice. I will respond to your posts and questions as soon as possible. In the meantime, take a look at what others have done for this project and comment on their posts, too. Thank you for trusting me and I hope to hear from you soon! Bye!”

Think backwards from...”
