“Marbled Texture and Cake Wrapping In this lesson, I'll show you my process for covering a cake with a marble textured fondant. This could be done either with ganache or with buttercream. Your cake has to be chilled before you apply your marble textured fondant onto it. For now, I'll just give you my techniques on how to create the marbled texture. To do so, I have in front of me some fondant, I'm using Satin Ice and I'll just massage it a little bit. Depending on the size of your cake, you need to weigh your fondant roughly about the same number. So, if it's a six-inch cake, you need 600 gm...”
