“In this lesson, I'm going to demonstrate how to use Gumpaste floral wires, and tape. I like to use the homemade recipe by Nicholas Lodge, and it's really stretchy and it dries out really quick. It's really perfect for any weather conditions. You can also use store-bought. So the alternative would be to get either a satin ice or any other brand. Of your choice. So you can see the difference here. This is much thicker and less stretchy than a homemade gum paste. The color is a bit more opaque. So this gives you more of a translucent effect.
