“Tools and Materials In this lesson, I'll walk you through all the tools and materials you need for this course. I'll start with the ones you need for the ganache or use buttercream to cover your cakes. You'll be needing a turntable, I use the one by Ateco. You also need a few cake drums. You can either get yourself one of these white cake drums here, or you can also use an acrylic disc, like so. This can depend on the size of the cakes that you'll use. I'll use a 10-inch cake board.
