Mascha Davis is a registered dietitian nutritionist, humanitarian, and founder of Nomadista Nutrition, a private practice based in Los Angeles. With over a decade of experience in nutritional science and public health, she helps individuals and companies optimize their well-being through evidence-based nutrition and Nutrigenomics. Her work has been featured in TIME, CNN, The Washington Post, and Women’s Health, among many others.
Before launching her practice, Mascha spent five years in Africa developing programs to combat malnutrition in women and children — a mission she shared in her TEDx talk. She is also the author of Eat Your Vitamins (Simon & Schuster), where she shares practical tools for living a truly healthy life. Through her brand, Nomadista Nutrition, Mascha continues to inspire others to nourish their bodies and thrive from the inside out.
