“Before we begin piping our animals, I'm going to teach you how to prepare the surface of your cupcakes. so you have a nice clean canvas. So one thing you want to do in order to prepare your cupcakes is to make sure that they're flat. Now you can see that most of these baked up relatively fat, but if you have a recipe or you're using Cupcakes that have a high dome, you can always just trim them off.
