“Now that you know all the tools you'll need for your final project, let me give you some tips on baking cupcakes. One thing you'll need is a cupcake pan. There's a bunch of different cupcake pans out there, but make sure that you choose one that's light colored. It could be steel or aluminum. As long as it doesn't have a dark nonstick coating, it should be fine. Having the dark coating, the pan itself will actually absorb heat a bit too fast. which will over bake the outside of your cupcake and leave the middle a little underdone. So what you want to do is have even heating, which the light...”
