“ Practicing Stitching In this lesson, I'll show the stitches I'll use in my final project. Right now in the process, I'll be using a hoop that is filled with empty fabric for our practice stitches, scissors, embroidery floss, and my embroidery needle. This is also when I'll start using my hoop stand. This is an under-the-leg hoop stand I use to stabilize my hoop when I'm stitching. All you need to do is position your hoop in the frame, tighten the screws so it will hold it in place for you. Then, go ahead and pull a bit of embroidery floss. We don't need a lot, these are practice stitches....”
