Start by getting to know Maria Ercole and hear about how she built her own brand. See some of her biggest influences and how they inspired her to bring her accessories brand to life.

Then dive into the world of strategic planning and discover your new role as the conductor of your brand, as Maria likes to call it. Learn how to thoroughly analyze your project and define clear goals to help you meticulously plan out each step.

Now switch your focus from the plan to your product. Maria walks you through how to choose your collections just like they do at MON. This step may be the most challenging because it requires some major decisions: define the theme for your collection, what you want to express with it, and a way to connect with your audience.

Next, tackle marketing and communication and the best way to capture people's attention. Maria teaches you that an attractive product is only half the battle and highlights the importance of properly marketing your product to achieve the desired results.

It's finally time to launch your own collection! Find out how to prepare all your materials for the big moment and look to Maria's own project for some inspiring ideas.
