Typography for Designers: Create Fonts for the Marketplace

Thomas Jockin is a typeface designer based in Long Island, New York. He first knew he wanted to pursue typeface design after attending a typography course during his time studying at Parsons School of Design. Since then, he’s gone on to produce fonts that are available on platforms like Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts.

Thomas has worked with clients including Google, Express, Footlocker, and Michael Kors. He is also the founder of TypeThursday, a global community designed to help creatives improve their letterforms through monthly events. He hosts lectures at prestigious schools in the US and is the CEO of Readable Technologies, a tool that helps to detect dyslexia in children.
