About the final project for: Animated Branding Design in 2D and 3D

Animated Branding Design in 2D and 3D

“We come to the end of the course, and you are ready to start your project, but before saying goodbye, let's review what we saw. I showed you how to analyze and exploit the most amount of resources from a brief received for the benefit of a proposal. We analyze the item and how the competition communicates. Afterward, we carry out planning assessing the stages and delivery dates of advances with the client. I showed you the creative method of mind maps to generate two proposals for general concepts and their sub-concepts per piece. We saw how to build a design proposal based on a conceptual match and the identity of the brand, contemplating 2D and 3D resources. We model in Cinema 4D vector elements of the brand that we import from Illustrator, then we work on their "lighting and shading." We prepare the storyboards for the client's approval. Once the design is approved, we prepare the files to enter the animation process in After Effects.

To do this, we search for and edit reference music and sounds. We proceeded to perform the stabilization, video tracking, and the creation of the 3D camera for our pieces. Finally, we composed and animated 2D in After Effects to later obtain the final renderings.
Finally, with the material we had developed, we created a "bumper logo", that is, a complete graphic and generic brand piece to be used without the need to license images.
To face this type of project, I recommend that you ask your client everything since they may not know how to do what you do, but they know much more about the characteristics of the business, the audience they are targeting, and the identity of the organization. Where are you? For your project, I invite you to generate 3 new IDs based on the same brief, attributes of the brand, and one of the two general concepts that I proposed: Get involved with "Adventure" and connect those concepts with your vision, with your tastes, with your particular approach. See where the project is speaking to you, the adventurer in you. Use your skills to generate relevant and coherent graphic material with the delivered identity, incorporating: textures, patterns, development of the color palette, transparencies and modes, layout arrangement, personal illustration style, 3D modeling, etc. Combine 2D and 3D to your liking and generate a custom animation style for this channel. Be curious, visionary, and brave and go further with the Aventura brand, experienced and expanding your horizons. Now I say goodbye, and I encourage you to share your vision and advice in the forums like that, for sure, will enrich us all. I hope you have learned new tools and had a great adventure at the same time. See you soon! ”
