If you’re interested in creating custom augmented reality filters, in this post, augmented reality (AR) designer Jeferson Araujo (@jepharaujo) shares exclusive brushes for Adobe Photoshop to help get you started.

A freelance AR filters developer, Jeferson's effects have been used by millions of people around the world, including artists such as Madonna, Maluma, and Cara Delevingne.

Jeferson first started developing augmented reality projects through Spark AR Studio in 2019, while finishing up his architecture and urban planning course. He chose to pursue the discipline and in 2021, Snapchat invited him to become an Official Lens Creator (OLC). Currently, he creates Snapchat Lenses as well as Instagram effects.

At the end of the post, the designer shares a pack of free Adobe Photoshop makeup brushes that you can use to create your own AR filters for platforms like Snapchat and Instagram.

After clicking on the button below, you will find a .zip file in the Downloads folder on your computer titled, Free Brush Pack: Photoshop Makeup Brushes, by Jeferson Araujo. You may need to use free software such as WinZip to decompress the file.
