Once your cake is completed, you want to pack it up for storage or delivery. If you'll be storing your cake before delivery, you most likely will store it in the fridge. When doing so, you want to make sure the cake is in an airtight container. It's because once you take the cake out of the fridge, the change in humidity and temperature inside versus outside the fridge will cause the cake to sweat due to condensation.
