“ Mood Board: Image Research Now that we've learned about reading and your toolbox, in this lesson, we'll talk about mood boarding. You have notes and you've read the book, so how do you move from the written word to visuals? That's where mood boarding comes in. As you've taken notes, maybe you've written down visual ideas or sketched things. Now, you will start to look for images that reflect your notes.
