“Finishes Hi. In this class, I will teach how to get these scraps off the loom and finishing both the weft and the warp. Here I woven my third flap within my final project and I took advantage, according to my second patch, this side of the warp to make a rectangular fragment. Juliana combines techniques from different art forms in her work, such as sewing, embroidery, and crochet, while also incorporating a variety of mediums like video, drawing, and photography.
She has participated in both group and solo exhibitions, including A Tessitura do Gesto, which took place in 2021 at the Arte Plural Gallery in Recife. When she's not creating, Juliana shares her knowledge by teaching textile art courses across Brazil.
