“Paper pattern drawings Hi. In this class I will prepare the templates, on paper, full size, that will serve as a guide for the patches that will be woven on the heald comb loom. From these sketches that were developed previously, in a bigger role, because my pillow is 50 x 50 cm. And my interest is to fill a lot the front of the pillow with these patches. So A4 paper would not be enough for my final project, but it can be for yours. So I chose the A3 paper and the weight doesn't matter either. I prefer to work with a little heavier weights, like this 180 g. But if, in your case, it's only 9...”

She has participated in both group and solo exhibitions, including A Tessitura do Gesto, which took place in 2021 at the Arte Plural Gallery in Recife. When she's not creating, Juliana shares her knowledge by teaching textile art courses across Brazil.
