“Textures In this lesson, we’ll work on textures. Textures are those little details that help us add more of a realist effect to our design. The goal of creating these textures is to imitate certain details that exist on the surface of what we’re drawing, like grains of wood, for example, or the pores of an orange. We can do this a few ways. One is to do it with controlled movements of the machine to create those small details, simulating that wavy effect that you’d have on the surface.
