“I think this part still can be softened a bit. And I want to emphasize this. Overlap just a bit here. Maybe some folds here also on the leg. So that's the nice thing about having all of that on one layer. So I'm not really worried now about picking the right layer and blending modes and all of that. At least keep the character separated from the background. That's at least the most important part here. I like to just use brushes at this point and just paint the necessary details. just improving some of those details. trying to create this edge between the tail and these spiky details here. ...”
