“Light Effects Camera Blur In this lesson we'll be finalizing the illustration using some of my favorite effects and techniques in order to give the scene more depth and give it a more professional look. Let's dive right in. Let's now experiment with some really cool lighting and camera effects so the scene feels more cinematic and has more depth in it. I'll begin by selecting the Background Color layer, and go to the Filter menu, Blur Gallery and I'll choose Tilt-Shift.
